2. Costs, Refunds and Cancellation Policy
Advertising on the RentQuick directory is sold on an annual basis. Payment is taken immediately by credit card upon registration and your annual contract begins on that date.
We reserve the right to increase the annual cost of advertising from time to time, and will notify customers by email, giving not less than 30 days notice of any such increase.
We reserve the right to remove adverts that make false claims, break Advertising Standards Authority codes, are incapable of providing the services they claim or break any other applicable law or regulation without refund.
We reserve the right to terminate advertising contracts for any customer if we deem it necessary or appropriate for any reason to do so. Any refunds will be entirely at the discretion of RentQuick.
In the event that access to this site ceases to be available, either temporarily or permanently, whether arising from the negligence of RentQuick or otherwise, any refunds will be entirely at the discretion of RentQuick.
